Pharsighted Ultra High Speed Camera Model E9•80S
The Pharsighted E9•80S ultra high-speed camera is the world’s first backside-illuminated, full-frame high speed camera. With unparalleled speed and unmatched light sensitivity the E9•80S is ideally suited for applications requiring visualization at over 100,000fps.
The E9•80S ultra high frame rate maxes out at 2,457,000fps at 640 x 32 for over 9 seconds of record buffer with maximum memory option. Blistering exposer shutter speeds of 98ns to capture the richness of detail in high velocity movements. These features added to the class leading backside-illuminated senor with ISO of 160,000 Monochrome and 40,000 Color.
Each Pharsighted ultra high speed camera comes standard with a 1.6 TB storage drive. This U.2 NVMe drive provide for fast, long-term, and cost-effective storage that is readily available. Write speeds allow for etiher immediate backup of the image buffer or significant capture rates directly to the SSD.
Every Pharsighted E9•80S comes with its proprietary SLOW Software that operates on Windows, Mac, or Linux platforms. This software allows for control and monitoring of the camera in live and playback mode from the image internal buffer. Information is stored in the .SLOW file format that contains both RAW image data and metadata. These files can be converted to common video and imaging files such as AVI, JPEG, and Tiff sequences.
